Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Return Period

You may return your PC within 30 days of delivery, provided it meets the conditions outlined below. All returns must be authorized before being sent back. To initiate a return, please contact our support team for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.


1. All Returns Are Subject to Inspection

All returned PCs undergo a thorough inspection upon arrival. We verify the condition, components, and serial numbers before approving any refund or replacement.


2. Return Eligibility Criteria

  • The PC must be in its original condition with all included accessories (cables, manuals, etc.).
  • No physical damage, modifications, or missing parts (e.g., removed or swapped components).
  • Must be returned in original packaging to prevent shipping damage.
  • Software-related issues are not grounds for a return (we can assist with troubleshooting).

3. Restocking Fee

  • A 15% restocking fee applies to opened or used items.
  • Non-defective PCs returned without a valid reason may incur up to a 20% restocking fee to cover testing and refurbishment costs.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-built PCs (configured to your specs) are final sale unless defective.
  • Software, digital products, and activation keys cannot be returned.
  • Used or opened peripherals (keyboards, mice, monitors, etc.) are not eligible for return unless defective.

5. Shipping Damage Policy

If your PC arrives damaged due to shipping, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery. The report must include:

  • Photos of the damaged box and packaging before opening.
  • Photos of the damage to the PC itself.

We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. Damage reported after 48 hours may not be eligible for a claim.


6. Warranty & Defective Returns

  • If your PC has a hardware defect, we will repair or replace the unit at no cost if reported within the return period.
  • Damage caused by improper use, overclocking, or third-party modifications voids the return and warranty.

7. Anti-Fraud & Part-Swapping Policy

To protect against fraud, we log all serial numbers and internal component details before shipping.

  • If a return is received with missing, altered, or swapped components (e.g., replaced GPU, CPU, RAM, or storage), the return will be denied, and the original PC will be sent back at the customer’s expense.
  • Any tampering with security stickers or internal components will void the return.
  • We reserve the right to report fraudulent returns as theft to the proper authorities.

8. Chargeback & Dispute Policy

  • Customers must contact our support team first before initiating any chargeback or dispute.
  • If a chargeback is filed without contacting us first, we reserve the right to ban the customer from future purchases.
  • Any fraudulent chargebacks will be contested with evidence, including order logs, serial number verification, and signed agreements.

9. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after return approval.
  • If a refund is denied due to violations of this policy, the customer will be responsible for return shipping to receive their PC back.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
