Do the PCs come fully built?
Yes! They are fully built, fully tested, and carefully packaged for safe delivery. Simply remove the internal packing material, plug it in, and you're ready to game.
Where do you ship?
Currently we ship within the United States. Contact us directly for special shipping requests.
My PC was damaged in shipping, what can I do?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. If your system arrives damaged or develops an issue within that period, we’ll repair, replace, or refund the system depending on the situation. You can learn more in our "Refund Policy," and if that doesn't answer it, contact us!
Can I upgrade my PC later?
Yes you can! We use all industry standard parts that are fully upgrade-able! Whether you want to swap out your GPU, CPU, RAM, or storage down the road!
Whats your warranty policy?
